CBHSD offers counseling and medication management solutions.
We treat depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, RLS, and many other mental health and sleep disorders.
At CBHSD, we specialize in treatment-resistant cases of depression, anxiety, PTSD, sleep apnea and insomnia.
We offer Neurostar TMS Therapy, which is a non-drug treatment of major depression.
We offer assessments and device activation and management for INSPIRE procedure for sleep apnea. Please call to see if you are a possible candidate for such a procedure.
* CBHSD does not have its own sleep lab, although Dr. Adury orders and interprets sleep studies for patients.
* We do not do diagnostic testing for ADHD at this time. If you are looking for treatment for ADHD, you will need to have a neuropsychological assessment by a psychologist and provide us with the report. We will then need to clinically correlate the findings in the report in an initial assessment with one of our prescribing providers.
Please note that this process is in place for your own safety and positive treatment outcome. Your commitment to your health and trust in our expertise is important and appreciated.
* Regarding idiopathic hypersomnia and narcolepsy, we do our own independent assessment and testing. Please note that we will review but may or may not accept diagnostic assessments from outside providers, depending on the criteria that were followed in performing those assessments.
* Disclaimer: Psychiatric and sleep disorder assessments may or may not lead to a diagnosis and recommendation of your expectations. Dr. Adury puts years of experience and expertise into her assessments, which are thorough. Her recommendations factor in numerous considerations, including what is in the best interest of her patients. She is, however, open to feedback as long as it is communicated in a respectful manner.
Dr. Adury prefers in-person visits in her office, as she believes that patient commitment to treatment and treatment outcomes are optimal that way.
If patients have an upper respiratory infection, their appointments will be either rescheduled or switched to Telemedicine. Immunocompromised people will be offered telemedicine as a precaution against COVID-19.
