Adriane Bennett, PhD

Adriane G. Bennett, Ph.D., is a psychologist proficient in various psychotherapy modalities especially cognitive behavior therapy. She earned her Ph.D. at The University of Akron, Collaborative Program in Counseling Psychology, completed her internship in Clinical Psychology at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Battle Creek, MI, and her postdoctoral fellowship in Health Psychology at Akron General Medical Center. She worked as a psychologist at Cleveland Clinic Akron General (CCAG) from 2011-2023 and was Chief of Psychology Service at CCAG from 2021-2023.

Dr. Bennett currently provides individual psychotherapy to adults with a wide range of problems including general psychosocial stressors (relationship issues, life transition, stress management, LGBTQ affirming), coping with medical problems (chronic medical conditions, pain, insomnia, bariatrics, disabilities), and mental health issues (depression, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, personality disorders).
